It is a complicated process to find out a solution for an enterprise’s operation. The chosen one must meet the following requirements: - Suitable to the management areas, objectives, and deployment scale - Meeting the present and future professional management requirements - Providing a standard and up-to-date management process, giving enterprises chances to access international management model as well as change their nature of business operation by restructuring all processes. - Meeting the specific demand of Vietnam in general and each enterprise in particular. - Reliable, Stable, upgradeable, expandable Time for evaluating solutions ranges from 1 to 6 months

Step 3: Deploying
The following advice should be taken into great consideration: - Ensure the project is implemented timely with quality and scientific methods. - Combine actual situation with deployment plans. The process can be changed (if necessary) - Apply the process suitable to the actual internal situation. Never imitate other enterprises’ model. Depending on each enterprise and its deployment scale, this step can range from 8 months to 1 year.

Step 4: Operating, maintaining, upgrading
Unforeseen circumstances and breakdown can occur at any time. Therefore, in order to get the software work perfectly, sufficient training should be provided to users by ERP consultants.
